Shipping Policy

 

Orders are processed within three business days if there isn’t a lead time listed on the product page. 

Processing of customized product orders requires more time and is individual, depending on the complexity of the order.

Typically, standard shipping takes 7-20 days. MyOrchestree is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by courier services.

We ship via DHL and Nova Poshta Global to locations within the United States and Canada, EU countries.

Customs and other import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Failure to remit payment of import fees may result in the refusal of the shipment and will result in the forfeiting of refund and replacement options. Shipping times may vary based on the shipping location.

Most items ship together, but some items may ship separately. If you receive a partial shipment, check your order status to see the expected shipping date for the remaining items.
