Returns and exchanges

For returns and exchanges, it's important to be aware that in cases where the customer wishes to return items due to accidental purchase, sizing issues, or no longer needing the product, the responsibility for covering the return or exchange shipping costs to MyOrchestree falls on the customer.

Please send MyOrchestree product back to us within 15 days for a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In the case of cancellation of the order we’ll make a refund within 14 working days from the date of cancellation.

We allow the products  to be returned if they are in original packaging, and have never been used.
